Spectators: 6150 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dino Sabóia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dino Sabóia hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Gabriel Motta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zézinho do Nascimento went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Martins F.C's Vânderson do Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adelino de Queirós struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Gabriel Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maga de Indaial. Maurício Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Motta having to interfere. Gabriel Motta came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Maga de Indaial's Adelino de Queirós. But to his dismay, Adelino de Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Maurício Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Gabriel Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adelino de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Motta having to interfere. Gabriel Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Toledo in the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Martins F.C booed when Maga de Indaial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráusio Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martins F.C's Gabriel Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho do Nascimento in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Martins F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alessandro Braga was slow to take the kick. During this time Maga de Indaial's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Alessandro Braga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Martins F.C's Gabriel Motta did a great save. After having played for 46 minutes, Adelino de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maga de Indaial's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino de Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Maga de Indaial were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Adelino de Queirós made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Adelino de Queirós lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Gabriel Motta. Adelino de Queirós did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Gabriel Motta 57 minutes into the match. After 64 minutes of play, Maga de Indaial's Adelino de Queirós made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Motta was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Maurício Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maga de Indaial's protests and gave Maurício Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Maga de Indaial getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Maurício Toledo hit a great ball. José Paulo Antunes's late challenge caught a Maga de Indaial's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Paulo Antunes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, José Paulo Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Martins F.C's Gabriel Motta got control of the ball when Adelino de Queirós tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurício Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maurício Toledos short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Gabriel Motta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gabriel Motta made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Adelino de Queirós sent off a good shot on target. Vânderson do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Paiva having to interfere. Adelino de Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martins F.C's Gabriel Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Martins F.C from getting a goal against them. Adelino de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Martins F.C's goalkeeper Gabriel Motta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adelino de Queirós. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maga de Indaial eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
