In the 3rd minute Ale Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Quaresma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, WEICAR Jr's Antonio Recio got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Urbano in the 6th minute of play forced WEICAR Jr's goalkeeper Ivar Groth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dadá Brodel's late challenge caught a WEICAR Jr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dadá Brodel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gonzaga S.E.P's Dadá Brodel got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Rick de Nooijer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gonzaga S.E.P's Enéas Quaresma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enéas Quaresma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rick de Nooijer's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute of the match WEICAR Jr got a corner. Gonzaga S.E.P's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Thomás Miranda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gonzaga S.E.P's Enéas Quaresma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rick de Nooijer in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno de Toledo in the 26th minute of play forced Gonzaga S.E.P's goalkeeper Enéas Quaresma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Dadá Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Rick de Nooijer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enéas Quaresma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Enéas Quaresma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ale Leal in the 31st minute of the match. If Roger Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Breno Vale hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Dadá Brodel was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 44th match minute, Gonzaga S.E.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dadá Brodel to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Rick de Nooijer made a precise shot to the right of Enéas Quaresma. Gonzaga S.E.P's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After the first half WEICAR Jr were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rick de Nooijer to make the kick off. With a little luck, Gonzaga S.E.P's Enéas Quaresma got control of the ball when Rick de Nooijer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonzaga S.E.P's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Ale Leal scored to the left of an out of position Enéas Quaresma, making the score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick de Nooijer in the 73rd minute of play forced Gonzaga S.E.P's goalkeeper Enéas Quaresma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Roger Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breno de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Enéas Quaresma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WEICAR Jr. After a defensive mix-up in Gonzaga S.E.P's zone, Rick de Nooijer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enéas Quaresma came out of the goal and Rick de Nooijer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Gonzaga S.E.P's Breno Vale got a free kick in the 91st minute.
