Romário Leme took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Denny Graichen. LEGIONÁRIOS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Eugênio Mandrak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Adolfo Ribeiro. FC Jëtts United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugênio Mandrak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 20 minutes, Alessandro Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LEGIONÁRIOS FC and the FC Jëtts United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, FC Jëtts United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fernando da Mata to maneuver through the defense. José Carlos Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Eugênio Mandrak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LEGIONÁRIOS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, FC Jëtts United's goalkeeper João Adolfo Ribeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willian Terra. Eugênio Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. João Adolfo Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LEGIONÁRIOS FC. In the 37thth minute of the game Willian Terra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Jëtts United's João Adolfo Ribeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Jëtts United's Eugênio Borges got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willian Terra in the 44th minute of play forced FC Jëtts United's goalkeeper João Adolfo Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Willian Terra made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Willian Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Prestes took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Adolfo Ribeiro. João Adolfo Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Vitório Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Adolfo Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, FC Jëtts United's goal looked a bit too open when Eugênio Mandrak came free, but João Adolfo Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, LEGIONÁRIOS FC's Willian Terra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Adolfo Ribeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Adolfo Ribeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willian Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, LEGIONÁRIOS FC's Andrézinho Furtado got a free kick in the 90th minute. Eugênio Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. João Adolfo Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LEGIONÁRIOS FC. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. LEGIONÁRIOS FC fully deserved thier win.
