In the 22nd minute Nelson Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erasmo Xavier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Barreto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrício Santos in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Moinhos Foot-ball Club's Tales Koehler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anselmo Barreto. Anselmo Barreto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Erasmo Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moinhos Foot-ball Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Xavier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Barreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabrício Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Moinhos Foot-ball Club's Nilton Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Chaves in the 38th minute of play. Fabrício Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Barreto having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Fabrício Santos could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Anselmo Barreto however easily saved by the left post. Anselmo Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Pacholewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Feliks Pacholewski made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Feliks Pacholewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moinhos Foot-ball Club and the Aparaju players grew even worse after the yellow card. Feliks Pacholewski kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Anselmo Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Pacholewski in the 58th minute of play. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Moinhos Foot-ball Club.
