Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Rinconada's Virgílio Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Camargo in the 4th minute of play. Edson Paes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 7 played minutes Rinconada got a freekick which was hit by Marcelinho Silva. Virgílio Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Capixaba in the 8th minute of the match. Rinconada's Marcelinho Silva got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Sealand's goalkeeper Laércio Cardozo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edson Paes. Marcelinho Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 played minutes Sealand got a freekick which was hit by Andrézinho Camargo. Edson Paes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laércio Cardozo having to make a save. 30 minutes into the game, Marcelinho Silva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laércio Cardozo. Marcelinho Silva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Edson Paes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Laércio Cardozo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edson Paes in the 35th minute.

The wind increased when Marcelinho Silva made the kick off in the second half. If Edson Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Capixaba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgílio Maranhense having to make a save. The supporters of Rinconada booed when Sealand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Rinconada's Marcelinho Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laércio Cardozo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rinconada fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Lino Camargo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lino Camargo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgílio Maranhense having to interfere. Virgílio Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Camargo in the 77th minute of play. Natã Seco hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Orlando Simões thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Laércio Cardozo, a very annoying self made goal in the 80th minute which led to 2-1. In the 89th match minute, Sealand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrézinho Camargo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 90 minutes, Marcelinho Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinconada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelinho Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelinho Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson Paes in the 93rd minute of play forced Sealand's goalkeeper Laércio Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
