Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Carlos Alberto Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Guarehy booed when Icaissarinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Alberto Baiano struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Cipriano Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guarehy. In the 15th minute Reginaldo Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeferson Vianna in the 16th minute of play forced Guarehy's goalkeeper Ademar Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Icaissarinha FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Doni Sarmento fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Reginaldo Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reginaldo Goiano in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Coelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cipriano Almeida came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Guarehy's Kléber Trigo. But to his dismay, Kléber Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Reginaldo Goiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kléber Trigo got free with Cipriano Almeida in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Alberto Baiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Baiano in the 44th minute of play.

Cipriano Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Baiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 56 minutes, Kléber Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guarehy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kléber Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Guarehy defense, Reginaldo Goiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademar Coelho. The Guarehy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademar Coelho should have stopped the shot. Ademar Coelho was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Jeferson Vianna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jeferson Vianna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Kléber Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Cipriano Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Kléber Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leandro Alagoano fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Icaissarinha FC's protests and gave Leandro Alagoano a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Guarehy got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto Baiano. Guarehy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jeferson Vianna 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Icaissarinha FC's Cipriano Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Paraense in the 90th minute of play. Kléber Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Cipriano Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Alagoano got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 95th minute, Leandro Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Icaissarinha FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
