Christiano Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Heino Schaaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heino Schaaf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovanni Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 41st minute of the match Armandinho Peixoto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Armandinho Peixoto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 42nd match minute, Cajamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Peixoto to maneuver through the defense.
