Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Fernando Maia in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgard Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Pedro Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 33rd minute Afonso Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráusio Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Galaxy Ranger's Sören Bammerman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dráusio Fernandez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. During the 38th minute of the match Arlindo da Costa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. Galaxy Ranger played a much better game than Led Zeppelin Rock Clube and deserved their victory. The Led Zeppelin Rock Clube players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
