After 17 played minutes Roteiro AD got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Maxin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Duda Moraes in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Vergílio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augusto Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Moraes in the 21st minute of the match. Toninho Melo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Vergílio. Ajapi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Ajapi's goal looked a bit too open when Alexsandro Vergílio came free, but Augusto Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Duda Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Duda Moraes to make the kick off. Aloísio Britto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walmyr Arruda went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Roteiro AD were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
