Tomás Carvalho guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Clemente Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Guga Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tupiniquins AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Guga Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Clemente Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Chiapetta AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Schmidt couldn't finish the play. If Guga Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88thth minute of the game Anderson Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiapetta AD's Tomás Carvalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anderson Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Tomás Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Guga Capixaba sent off a good shot on target. If Clemente Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tupiniquins AD's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
