The wind increased when Arlindo Ceresso made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Eriberto Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Biquinhas's Thomás Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Biquinhas got a freekick which was hit by José Vítor Moreira. José de Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomás Souto in the 65th minute. When Mazinho Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Piratas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazinho Fonseca couldn't finish the play. After 75 played minutes Biquinhas got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Silveira. In the 76thth minute of the game Hugo Txartiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Biquinhas's Murilo Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Biquinhas booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arlindo Ceresso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 79th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Juan Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Piratas FC's Tomé Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Piratas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomé Vides in the 88th minute. Biquinhas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
