Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Leandro Goiano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Celso de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 5 minutes of play, URU's Alex Franceschi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso de Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 12 minutes, Iuri Lago made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Passos FC's Celso de Almeida tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute Lauro Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Passos FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Lauro Pires hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Iuri Lago notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Passos FC's Celso de Almeida. Celso de Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute, Iuri Lago made a precise shot to the right of Celso de Almeida. Passos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 33 minutes into the match, Stribor Marinčić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso de Almeida. Passos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stribor Marinčić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. With a little luck, URU's Benjamin Félix got control of the ball when Lauro Pires tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 minutes, Gilmar Palmeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the URU and the Passos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44th play minutes Iuri Lago shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Celso de Almeida and just under the crossbar into goal. Benjamin Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Passos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. URU were winning 0-6.

Wilson Reis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Celso de Almeida made a huge save. Passos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcelinho Massa in the 85th minute. A well done corner resulted in Laerte de Moraes drilling the ball in to score 3-6 behind URU's goalkeeper. In the 88th minute, Lauro Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd match minute, URU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Britto to maneuver through the defense. If Leandro Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Félix came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Passos FC's Leandro Goiano. But to his dismay, Leandro Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched URU eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
