Teofilo Martxelin got in the 34th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ulisses Meira handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Martxelin in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulisses Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ulisses Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Martxelin in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Martxelin in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulisses Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute Luiz Paulo Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 47 minutes, Teofilo Martxelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EC Vitória's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Martxelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Paulo Vergílio to make the kick off. Naldo Linares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Meira having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Cagavoando got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Melo. After a rather tough play, EC Vitória's Amadeu Nunes got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Luiz Paulo Vergílio made a precise shot to the right of Oséas Cordeiro. EC Vitória's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 84 minutes into the game, Naldo Linares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ulisses Meira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Naldo Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ulisses Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Cagavoando's goalkeeper Ulisses Meira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelinho Pacheco.
