Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arlindo Linares kicked off to start the match. Arlindo Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Eriberto Coutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Jabaquara's José Sarmento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matheus Pimenta. Matheus Pimenta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Matheus Pimenta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisinho Sabóia in the 10th minute. Arlindo Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Célio Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luisinho Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luisinho Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Pimenta having to interfere. In the 26th minute Frank Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisinho Sabóia struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Matheus Pimenta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jabaquara. 32 minutes into the match, Jabaquara's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Linares came free, but Eriberto Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Roberto Pernambucano hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Cauan Dias in the 37th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Eriberto Coutinho's left hand side. When Kléber Chaves fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jabaquara's protests and gave Kléber Chaves a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jabaquara getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Kléber Chaves hit a great ball. After 41 minutes of play Jabaquara's Kléber Chaves was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 42nd match minute, Jabaquara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Chaves to maneuver through the defense. Matheus Pimenta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Sarmento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 46 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Célio Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Caririzinho's Frank Macedo got a free kick in the 55th minute. Caririzinho's Matheus Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Zanette in the 57th minute of play. Célio Zanette scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matheus Pimenta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Célio Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisinho Sabóia charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisinho Sabóia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Luisinho Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Macedo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Eriberto Coutinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caririzinho. In the 69thth minute of the game Célio Zanette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caririzinho's Matheus Pimenta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Caririzinho's Frank Macedo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Matheus Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matheus Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Sabóia in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Célio Zanette in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Pimenta saved Caririzinho from getting behind. Célio Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Pimenta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Célio Zanette's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Célio Zanette had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matheus Pimenta. Caririzinho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Célio Zanette was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jabaquara had played much better football throughout.
