Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hermínio Brito kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Téo Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Carlos Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dieguinho Eger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Motta in the 18th minute. A collision led to Andorinha AD getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Paulo Tasso hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Vergílio in the 23rd minute of play forced Herva SC's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Carlos Seco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26thth minute of the game Téo Vergílio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herva SC's Zé Carlos Seco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Andorinha AD booed when Herva SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fernando Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th match minute, Herva SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval Leão to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Andorinha AD's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Brito came free, but Dieguinho Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Narciso de Castro from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Dieguinho Eger's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Téo Vergílio came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Andorinha AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Téo Vergílio couldn't finish the play. Eduardo Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Seco having to interfere. Jairo Motta kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 40thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Andorinha AD's keeper Dieguinho Eger was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Téo Vergílio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andorinha AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Téo Vergílio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Carlos Seco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Herva SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Andorinha AD were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Téo Vergílio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andorinha AD were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Herva SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wágner Saraiva took the corner. 54 minutes into the game, Luís Fernando Couto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herva SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Andorinha AD the free kick. In the 55th minute, Wágner Saraiva sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Herva SC's Zé Carlos Seco didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Tasso during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Andorinha AD's Paulo Tasso got a free kick in the 57th minute. Téo Vergílio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Zé Carlos Seco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 67thth minute of the game Luís Fernando Couto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Andorinha AD's Dieguinho Eger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Hermínio Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dieguinho Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Andorinha AD's goalkeeper Dieguinho Eger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Sergipano during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Herva SC's Zé Carlos Seco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Herva SC from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Andorinha AD walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
