Pra Nois è Poko F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tutoia the free kick. 8 minutes into the game, one of Pra Nois è Poko F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fernando das Neves had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Bruno Domingues's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 11th minute Guto Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Paranaense hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Eusébio Simão came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Tutoia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Simão couldn't finish the play. Eusébio Simão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando das Neves having to make a save. 24 minutes into the match, Pra Nois è Poko F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Guto Quadros came free, but Fernando das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Wilton Barreto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tutoia and the Pra Nois è Poko F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Murilo Paranaense might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edu Valladares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Murilo Paranaense ran back to his position shaking his head. Fernando das Neves came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tutoia's Guto Quadros. But to his dismay, Guto Quadros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Eusébio Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eusébio Simão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando das Neves having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Tutoia's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Andrade came free, but Edu Valladares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guto Quadros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guto Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Fernando das Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Simão in the 61st minute of play. Fernando das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guto Quadros in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Márcio de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Pra Nois è Poko F.C getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Murilo Paranaense hit a great ball. Eusébio Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fernando das Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Murilo Paranaense sped through Tutoia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edu Valladares. After a defensive mix-up in Tutoia's zone, Murilo Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edu Valladares came out of the goal and Murilo Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio Simão in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando das Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eusébio Simão might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando das Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusébio Simão ran back to his position shaking his head. Edu Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Teodoro Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Valladares having to interfere. If Eusébio Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
