Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amílton Guimarães kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Palmitos EC's Luís Maia got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 3rdth minute of the game Amílton Guimarães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmitos EC's Maicon Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amílton Guimarães blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maicon Fernandez having to make a save. Maicon Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Dolfo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The EndoPed fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when EndoPed's Leopoldo Dolfo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st minute, Luís Maia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Dolfo in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maicon Fernandez saved Palmitos EC from getting behind. Horácio Campidelis was a little too slow when Luís Maia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 35th minute of the match Luís Eduardo Cerezo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maicon Fernandez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Luís Maia notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of EndoPed's Horácio Campidelis. Horácio Campidelis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maicon Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílton Guimarães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, EndoPed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Esteves to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Gustavo Gaúcho made a kick off. Sorin Hristea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Fernandez having to interfere. Luís Maia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horácio Campidelis having to make a save. Tomé Pires hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Maia in the 58th minute of play forced EndoPed's goalkeeper Horácio Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 59 minutes on the clock, Silvio Treviño commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Palmitos EC. Léo Custódio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Horácio Campidelis. 3-1. Renan Pinheiro came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maicon Fernandez could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Palmitos EC defense, Amílton Guimarães kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maicon Fernandez. The Palmitos EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maicon Fernandez should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomé Pires in the 72nd minute of play forced EndoPed's goalkeeper Horácio Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EndoPed's Horácio Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Gustavo Gaúcho in the 73rd minute of play. Amílton Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Maicon Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. EndoPed's Fábio Voller was substituted for Amílton Guimarães. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Gaúcho in the 81st minute of play forced EndoPed's goalkeeper Horácio Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EndoPed made a substitution. Dalmo Eger replaced Renan Pinheiro. Luís Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Horácio Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horácio Campidelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomé de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, EndoPed's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Carioca came free, but Horácio Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 99 minutes, Fábio Voller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EndoPed's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio Voller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palmitos EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
