With a left leg Ediberto Lago saved Conceicas SC from getting behind. When Arthur Linhares fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Conceicas SC's protests and gave Arthur Linhares a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Doug Zamora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ediberto Lago was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Enzo Rozzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conceicas SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Siqueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bedri Birdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ediberto Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Rozzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After 48th play minutes Enzo Rozzi shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Ediberto Lago and just under the crossbar into goal. After the first half Dois Toques MZ were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Rozzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Enzo Rozzi sped through Conceicas SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ediberto Lago. Enzo Rozzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ediberto Lago made a huge save. Bedri Birdal might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ediberto Lago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With a left leg Ediberto Lago saved Conceicas SC from getting behind. After 63 played minutes Dois Toques MZ got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Guerra. A collision led to Dois Toques MZ getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sílvio Luiz Guerra hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Rozzi got free with Ediberto Lago in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ediberto Lago showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enzo Rozzi in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ediberto Lago, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The corner ended in Sílvio Luiz Guerra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Conceicas SC's Ediberto Lago did a great save. Doug Zamora in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ediberto Lago, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 91 minutes into the match, Conceicas SC's goalkeeper Ediberto Lago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doug Zamora. With his leg Ediberto Lago managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Dois Toques MZ's Enzo Rozzi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dois Toques MZ's Egídio Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Rozzi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 99thth minute tested the skills of Ediberto Lago when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Conceicas SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dois Toques MZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
