Matías Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Zilles having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrossel Holandês's goalkeeper Leandro Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damaso Boni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Leandro Viana made a huge save. Tales de Barros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sydney Zilles. Real Capixaba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Abel Soeiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leandro Viana. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Angelo Damião's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Real Capixaba's Abel Soeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genílson Guimarães during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Genílson Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Viana having to interfere. Leandro Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berth Amanuensis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Berth Amanuensis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Leandro Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Matías Ferraz struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Sydney Zilles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrossel Holandês. Sydney Zilles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Ferraz in the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 74 played minutes, Carrossel Holandês's Rafael Dantas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sydney Zilles came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carrossel Holandês reached it. When Abel Paulista came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Carrossel Holandês fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Paulista couldn't finish the play. After 79 played minutes Real Capixaba got a freekick which was hit by Válter da Rocha. After a defensive mix-up in Carrossel Holandês's zone, Berth Amanuensis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Viana came out of the goal and Berth Amanuensis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgílio de Almeida struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Sydney Zilles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrossel Holandês. When the referee ended the match the Real Capixaba players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
