Jacama SC's Duda Madureira was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 15th minute of the match Belmiro de Sena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frank Tinoco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Frank Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Camargo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A collision led to Tapioca FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Silvinho Vides hit a great ball. Gino de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duda Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Tinoco having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tapioca FC's zone, Ricardo de Sena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Tinoco came out of the goal and Ricardo de Sena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Tapioca FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Diamantino Vander hit a great ball. Frank Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duda Madureira in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th match minute, Tapioca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Vander to maneuver through the defense. After 70 minutes of play, Jacama SC's Duda Madureira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Tinoco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 83 played minutes Jacama SC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo de Sena. When Jorginho Garcia fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tapioca FC's protests and gave Jorginho Garcia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, one of Tapioca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tapioca FC. Duda Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Tinoco having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tapioca FC's Gilberto Camargo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Jacama SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
