Miguel Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Erasmo Paranaense took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Sarmento. Miguel Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Miguel Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Paranaense in the 41st minute of play. Erasmo Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Miguel Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marquinhos Neves scored 1-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Erasmo Paranaense came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Boreby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Paranaense couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Paulo de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Boreby's Jonathan Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paulo de Lima in the 82nd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Manuel Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Edgar Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. GRÊMIO FARRAPO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Terra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
