Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Antal Valentin made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Major Barna to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Phillip McKeochan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesse McJames saved Smiddy Celts from getting behind. 20 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesse McJames made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Phillip McKeochan in the 23rd minute. In the 23rdth minute of the game Phillip McKeochan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jesse McJames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balazs Lajos in the 25th minute of the match. Jesse McJames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Smiddy Celts's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Jesse McJames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match, Graeme Gordon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Graeme McRobie to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Smiddy Celts was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Narcisse to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 54 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 61 minutes Smiddy Celts's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jesse McJames quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Major Barna, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 61 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jesse McJames was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graeme Gordon in the 69th minute of play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Smiddy Celts's Sean McDrain was substituted for Graeme McRobie. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sean McDrain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Jesse McJames skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Smiddy Celts's goalie and right to Hegedus Henrik. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Smiddy Celts's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 85th minute, Hungary's Major Barna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After 91 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. Phillip McKeochan took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3.
