Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nando Godoi kicked off to start the match. Jean Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Luiz Paulo Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vágner Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vágner Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vágner Sampaio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Luiz Paulo Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Guedes in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes Salgado got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Nóbrega. Tapuruquara AD's Jean Guedes got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando Godoi in the 14th minute of play forced Tapuruquara AD's goalkeeper Armindo Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Jean Guedes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luiz Paulo Saraiva. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 18th minute, Jean Guedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Vágner Sampaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armindo Dracena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 27 played minutes Salgado got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Nóbrega. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean Guedes got free with Luiz Paulo Saraiva in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Mateus Guimarães fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vágner Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Paulo Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Guimarães in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Mateus Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mateus Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateus Guimarães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Mateus Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Mateus Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Salgado's goal looked a bit too open when Mateus Guimarães came free, but Luiz Paulo Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wilson Pena fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salgado's protests and gave Wilson Pena a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the Salgado defense, Jean Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Paulo Saraiva. The Salgado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Paulo Saraiva should have stopped the shot. Jean Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Luiz Paulo Saraiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute, Jean Guedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vágner Sampaio in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Armindo Dracena, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 93 played minutes Tapuruquara AD got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Guimarães.
