In the 28th minute Dário Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Daniel Koprowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexsandro Nascimento was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, United Brasil's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Mota came free, but Hamílton Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Koprowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Dário Mota fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. United Brasil's Hamílton Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save United Brasil from getting a goal against them. In the 56th match minute, United Brasil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Lago to maneuver through the defense. Dário Mota received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hamílton Neiva came out and tried to block the shot, but Dário Mota slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Bacuri's Paulo Renato Antunes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hamílton Neiva. Hamílton Neiva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The Bacuri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Mauro Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Daniel Koprowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. United Brasil's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Koprowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexsandro Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamílton Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
