Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gugu Porto in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cláudio Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Gugu Porto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Porto got free with Cláudio Pirani in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 36 minutes, Octavio Morodo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Restauraco AD and the Centenario Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Restauraco AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Morodo to maneuver through the defense. Centenario Futebol Clube's Gugu Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Restauraco AD's goalkeeper Cláudio Pirani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gugu Porto. In the 47th minute Fábio Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tony Palmeira charged in rather forcefully in the 49th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tony Palmeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, Gugu Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Centenario Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gugu Porto hit a great ball. Fellipe Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jânio de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guto Maciel hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Conrado Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio de Queirós having to interfere.
