After 24 minutes, Flávio Tróia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corinthians Paulista and the Esporte Clube Osasco players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedrinho Fernandez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 92 minutes of play, Esporte Clube Osasco's Remo Bertassi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tales Mota was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Esporte Clube Osasco walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
