Hélder Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Vander went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After 37 minutes of play, Titans BF's Eusébio Botelho made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélder Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hélder Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Frecheirinha's Rafinha de Queiroz got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnaldo Vander to make the kick off. Titans BF's Eusébio Botelho was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Rafinha de Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frecheirinha's protests and gave Rafinha de Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Frecheirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Frecheirinha getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. A hard shot by Gláuber Guedes from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Hélder Pereira's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Arnaldo Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baltazar Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Baltazar Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Hélder Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nilton Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Titans BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilton Zonta couldn't finish the play. Nilton Zonta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Hélder Pereira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Titans BF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
