Carauari's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Laércio de Barros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Romário Ortiz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laércio de Barros got free with Romário Ortiz in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 顾寒景 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fabiano da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in RiDoL F.C's zone, Gualter do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 顾寒景 came out of the goal and Gualter do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th match minute, RiDoL F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Pinho to maneuver through the defense. Romário Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã de Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The corner led to Carauari's Renatinho Quirino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gualter do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. 顾寒景 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdir Aguiar hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Laércio de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romário Ortiz was relentless in the 61st minute of the game.
