Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Flavinho Urbano kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorian Azevedo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betinho de Moraes saved Juventus FC from getting behind. Dorian Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juventus FC's Inácio Peres got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, David Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eagle Team's Herman Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Urbano in the 17th minute of play. Dorian Azevedo took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betinho de Moraes. Betinho de Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After having played for 23 minutes, Inácio Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Peres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The goalkeeper, Herman Wallin, was totally fooled by Juventus FC's Lenílson Torres, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Conrado Schmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorian Azevedo during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Eagle Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Urbano in the 37th minute of play forced Eagle Team's goalkeeper Herman Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nando Monteiro fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eagle Team's protests and gave Nando Monteiro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Juventus FC booed when Eagle Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nando Monteiro hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Juventus FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lenílson Torres in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

If Flavinho Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herman Wallin came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus FC's Moisés Mendonça. But to his dismay, Moisés Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Flavinho Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eagle Team's Nando Monteiro got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Nando Monteiro off the ground. Nando Monteiro hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute Inácio Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herman Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herman Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Urbano in the 71st minute of the match. Eagle Team's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
