Kakarotto FC's Cristiano Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eurico Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Custódio Cosme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kakarotto FC. In the 8th minute Cristiano Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Custódio Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Custódio Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Severo in the 14th minute of the match. Cristiano Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd match minute, Kakarotto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Martins to maneuver through the defense. Gildo Mendonça took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ivo Melo. Kakarotto FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 26th match minute, ATECUBANOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Marinho to maneuver through the defense. Ivo Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Teixeira in the 30th minute of the match. Dante Oroitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Melo having to interfere. A collision led to ATECUBANOS getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bebeto Barral hit a great ball. Eurico Figueiredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kakarotto FC's Ivo Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Oroitz in the 43rd minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Rui Neiva took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Ivo Melo to make any attempt to save it. 69 minutes into the match, Cristiano Netto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ATECUBANOS's Custódio Cosme. Custódio Cosme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 73 played minutes ATECUBANOS got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Marinho. In the 76th minute, ATECUBANOS's Dante Oroitz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Zacarias Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Kakarotto FC's Giuseppe Machado broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Netto in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Custódio Cosme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dante Oroitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
