With a left leg Lucas Brasil saved Cajoeira EC from getting behind. Cajoeira EC's Lucas Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Quirino in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Cajoeira EC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nico Miranda hit a great ball. After 25 played minutes, Flamengo FC's Washington Xavier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Brasil came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flamengo FC reached it. Murillo Britto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Brasil having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benê Neto in the 29th minute of play forced Cajoeira EC's goalkeeper Lucas Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Wiliam Coutinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cajoeira EC's Lucas Brasil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rafael Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Sabóia having to interfere. Murillo Britto charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Murillo Britto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gabriel Quirino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Lucas Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benê Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After some careless play in the Cajoeira EC defense, Gabriel Quirino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Brasil. The Cajoeira EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Brasil should have stopped the shot. Lucas Brasil didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Benê Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benê Neto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodolfo Castro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucas Brasil. That made the score 0-6 in the 62 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Flamengo FC's Gabriel Quirino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Brasil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucas Brasil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Castro went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. If Evandro Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Gabriel Quirino notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Cajoeira EC's Lucas Brasil. Lucas Brasil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rodolfo Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benê Neto in the 87th minute of play forced Cajoeira EC's goalkeeper Lucas Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Flamengo FC's Clemente Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos de Toledo in the 90th minute of play. During the 92nd minute of the match João Carlos de Toledo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave João Carlos de Toledo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 93rd minute, João Carlos de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredinho Arruda hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th play minute Gabriel Quirino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lucas Brasil. 0-9. When the final whistle sounded Flamengo FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cajoeira EC.
