Michel Lucas came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Mandii AD's Roger Neiva. But to his dismay, Roger Neiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Mandii AD's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gabriel Toscano 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Aníbal de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Gabriel Toscano sent off a good shot on target. Imperializador's Gabriel Toscano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Mandii AD booed when Imperializador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sándor Illés didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aníbal de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Hermes in the 36th minute of the match. Gabriel Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aníbal de Azevedo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Toscano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aníbal de Azevedo was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Laerte Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Aníbal de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imperializador. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Toscano to make the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aníbal de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute, Artur Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Imperializador fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Imperializador's Gabriel Toscano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gabriel Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Imperializador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
