Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodriguinho Bueno in the 5th minute of play forced Cupyra's goalkeeper Felippe Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodriguinho Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felippe Veloso having to interfere. Donato Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Juan Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Juan Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Livramento EC's Durvalino Teles got control of the ball when Juan Lopes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juan Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Durvalino Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Livramento EC defense, Juan Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durvalino Teles. The Livramento EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durvalino Teles should have stopped the shot. If Juan Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cupyra's Juan Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emerson Pernambucano hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Durvalino Teles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Lopes went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodriguinho Bueno made a kick off. After some careless play in the Livramento EC defense, Juan Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durvalino Teles. The Livramento EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durvalino Teles should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Livramento EC's zone, Juan Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durvalino Teles came out of the goal and Juan Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Livramento EC's Durvalino Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí de Toledo in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Juan Lopes made a precise shot to the right of Durvalino Teles. Livramento EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Juan Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Juan Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cupyra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. A collision led to Cupyra getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Donato Netto hit a great ball. The Livramento EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durvalino Teles should have stopped the shot. Donato Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Juan Lopes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Durvalino Teles. Livramento EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Lopes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Donato Netto struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Durvalino Teles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cupyra.
