Custódio Brito had several of the Jack's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Aírton Ferraz as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, Macuje AD's Angelo Pena got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Oséas Gomes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Jack getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cesinha Lopez hit a great ball. Custódio Britos short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Aírton Ferraz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, Macuje AD's Aírton Ferraz threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Custódio Brito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 24 minutes into the match, Macuje AD's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Paranaense came free, but Vânderson Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Custódio Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Ferraz having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Macuje AD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jack:s goal. Vânderson Guimarães went to the wrong direction when Eliézer Bueno was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Macuje AD's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Paranaense came free, but Vânderson Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Joélson Paranaense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vânderson Guimarães was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Vânderson Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joélson Paranaense in the 41st minute of play. After 43 minutes of play, Jack's Oséas Gomes made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vânderson Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joélson Paranaense made a kick off. In the 51st play minute Bruno Paraibano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vânderson Guimarães. 1-4. 57 minutes into the match, Jack's goal looked a bit too open when Custódio Brito came free, but Aírton Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Oséas Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jack's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oséas Gomes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Macuje AD's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Oséas Gomes 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. Oséas Gomes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vânderson Guimarães came out and tried to block the shot, but Oséas Gomes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 73rd minute. Vânderson Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Linhares in the 78th minute of the match. Joélson Paranaense hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Macuje AD's Vânderson Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Macuje AD from getting a goal against them. Joélson Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When Macuje AD's Custódio Brito in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jack's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Custódio Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jack's Aírton Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
