Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Denílson Seco got the match started through his kick off. Bras SS's Betão Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joélson de Barros in the 2nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joélson de Barros in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Andrade saved Bras SS from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Virgílio Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 12 played minutes, São Jorge F 1992's Gernando Alagoano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Betão Andrade came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in São Jorge F 1992 reached it. Joélson de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natanael Carioca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denílson Seco's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Betão Andrade came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by São Jorge F 1992's Joélson de Barros. But to his dismay, Joélson de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Raúl Breckenfeld fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored São Jorge F 1992's protests and gave Raúl Breckenfeld a yellow card for diving instead. Aírton Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Betão Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for São Jorge F 1992. After a rather tough play, Bras SS's Vágner Paulista got a free kick in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joélson de Barros to strike the kick off in the second half. Natanael Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Seco in the 50th minute of play. Bras SS's Betão Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bras SS from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute, Denílson Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natanael Carioca was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Aírton Teixeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betão Andrade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aírton Teixeira ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vágner Paulista during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Pontes in the 69th minute of play forced São Jorge F 1992's goalkeeper Natanael Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denílson Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Bras SS's Betão Andrade got control of the ball when Aírton Teixeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Betão Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joélson de Barros in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bras SS's goalkeeper Betão Andrade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joélson de Barros's late challenge caught a Bras SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joélson de Barros helped the player get up and apologised. Raúl Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Waldir Prestes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natanael Carioca showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Natanael Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Pontes in the 92nd minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
