Spectators: 7297 (Terracing: 5474, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Isaltino Dante made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA's Doriva de Barros got control of the ball when André Luiz Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. André Luiz Paraibano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 5th playminute. Marcelo Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. FC Notreve's Caetano Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaltino Dante in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of FC Notreve booed when MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaltino Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Franklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva de Barros having to interfere. Caetano Paulista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaltino Dante's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Luiz Paraibano got free with Doriva de Barros in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doriva de Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Luiz Paraibano in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, FC Notreve's Benjamin Franklin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doriva de Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Notreve's André Luiz Paraibano got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Luiz Paraibano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Isaltino Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Paulista having to interfere. If André Luiz Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doriva de Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Paraibano, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Doriva de Barros came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Notreve's André Luiz Paraibano. But to his dismay, André Luiz Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to FC Notreve getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Elói Campidelis hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Isaltino Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Benjamin Franklin put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Doriva de Barros. Benjamin Franklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva de Barros having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, one of MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave FC Notreve a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wágner Matorin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA's Doriva de Barros. 6-0. After 97 played minutes FC Notreve got a freekick which was hit by Egídio Carvalho. FC Notreve's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
