After a rather tough play, Pérsia FC's Ulysses Proença got a free kick in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Pérsia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silas Oliveira came free, but Pedro Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sinop had played much better football throughout.
