Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) AF São Francisco's Zé Paulo Silva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Geovani Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Vaz in the 4th minute of the match. In the 4th minute, João Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Os Nefilins's goalkeeper Geovani Moura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zé Paulo Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Geovani Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Inácio Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Os Nefilins's Geovani Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Silva in the 18th minute of play. Geovani Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Vaz in the 32nd minute of the match. Marco Severo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Inácio Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Cruz made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Inácio Coelho sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Giovani do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Os Nefilins's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovani do Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sydney Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, João Trigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Cruz having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovani do Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. Os Nefilins's Geovani Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Silva in the 53rd minute of play. João Trigo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Basílio Matorin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Geovani Moura made a huge save. After some careless play in the Os Nefilins defense, Severino Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovani Moura. The Os Nefilins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovani Moura should have stopped the shot. Giovani do Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inácio Coelho came free in the 73rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Sydney Cruz, but to the joy of AF São Francisco's supporters the ball went over. After a defensive mix-up in AF São Francisco's zone, Marco Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sydney Cruz came out of the goal and Marco Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inácio Coelho came free in the 79th minute and tried to tip the ball over Sydney Cruz, but to the joy of AF São Francisco's supporters the ball went over. In the 82nd minute, Marco Severo made a precise shot to the right of Sydney Cruz. AF São Francisco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Giovani do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. AF São Francisco's Sydney Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Coelho in the 91st minute of play. Geovani Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Silva in the 94th minute of play. João Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Sydney Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Os Nefilins players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
