Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nildo Cunha made the kick off which started today's match. Nildo Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Leme having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nildo Cunha in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovani Leme saved Bonanca from getting behind. João Pedro Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Cubati's Nildo Cunha in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bonanca's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nildo Cunha in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovani Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfredo Prestes's late challenge caught a Bonanca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Prestes helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Prestes hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Paulinho Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geovani Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nildo Cunha in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovani Leme saved Bonanca from getting behind. Bonanca's Geovani Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nildo Cunha in the 33rd minute of play. When Paulinho Peres came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Cubati fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulinho Peres couldn't finish the play. Cubati's Nildo Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulinho Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Gino de Amaral was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Bonanca's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 47thth minute of the game Nildo Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bonanca's Geovani Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Geovani Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nildo Cunha's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With his leg Geovani Leme managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Cubati's Nildo Cunha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Juan Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Leme having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Bonanca got a freekick which was hit by Edu Bittencourt. Gino de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Luiz Paulo Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Paulo Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino de Amaral in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino de Amaral in the 77th minute of play forced Cubati's goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nildo Cunha's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Cubati's attack was well implemented in the 81st minute, but when Nildo Cunha was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Juan Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Geovani Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84th play minutes Nildo Cunha shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Geovani Leme and just under the crossbar into goal. Gino de Amaral struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Luiz Paulo Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonanca. Despite being the better team, Cubati failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
