With a left leg Lúcio da Silva saved Federacao from getting behind. 于坚林 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio da Silva having to interfere. Jeremias Miranda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lúcio da Silva having to make a save. 于坚林 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Lúcio da Silva made a huge save. 82 minutes into the game, Wellington de Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fluminense Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Federacao the free kick. Fluminense Football Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
