After having played for 14 minutes, Décio Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Entringer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Décio Pinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matheus de Barros in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Garcia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Entringer's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caio Amaral in the 17th minute. Matheus de Barros hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cangalhas getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Norberto Botelho hit a great ball. Matheus de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastiano Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin de Amaral in the 24th minute of play. Claudinei Garcia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matheus de Barros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Décio Pinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudinei Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Décio Pinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudinei Garcia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matheus de Barros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 33 minute of play. Décio Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Garcia having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Cafu Neto collided with one of Cangalhas's players - so bad that he fractured his nose. 40 minutes into the game, Franklin de Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cangalhas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Entringer the free kick. In the 41st minute, Franklin de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matheus de Barros in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei Garcia saved Cangalhas from getting behind. Matheus de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Carlos Alberto Schmidt made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 64 minutes, Matheus de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Entringer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matheus de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Edson Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Claudinei Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matheus de Barros's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When Roman Grocholski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Entringer's Roman Grocholski got a free kick in the 74th minute. Matheus de Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudinei Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matheus de Barros ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudinei Garcia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Décio Pinho went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. When Matheus de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Entringer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matheus de Barros couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Entringer were the better team. Entringer's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
