Spectators: 6645 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 0) Adhemar Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Dedé Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Vitório Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Das Kapital FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Osvaldo de Andrade scored to the left of an out of position Vitório Azevedo, making the score, 1-0. In the 17th match minute, Das Kapital FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Paulo de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Das Kapital FC's zone, Dedé Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitório Azevedo came out of the goal and Dedé Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vitório Azevedo was a little too slow when Dedé Brasil got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. Dedé Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Azevedo having to interfere. Vitório Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Brasil in the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Dedé Brasil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mondego's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedé Brasil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Fernandez's late challenge caught a Das Kapital FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Fernandez helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Das Kapital FC booed when Mondego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulão Xavier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulão Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Azevedo having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Dedé Brasil kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vitório Azevedo. That made the score 4-0 in the 48 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Adhemar Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Arruda having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Mondego's Paulão Xavier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitório Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Paulão Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Dedé Brasil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mondego fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When Kléberson da Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mondego's protests and gave Kléberson da Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Mondego got a freekick which was hit by Kléberson da Rocha. Dedé Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vitório Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulão Xavier scored 6-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitório Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute Dedé Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitório Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulão Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Adhemar Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. If Dedé Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vitório Azevedo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Mondego's Kléberson da Rocha. But to his dismay, Kléberson da Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mondego fully deserved thier win.
