In the 9thth minute of the game Samuel Mangueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinta's Iuri Dante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Praseras EC's Abel Berger got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of Praseras EC booed when Pinta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Pinta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo de Godoy to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Praseras EC's zone, Carlos Eduardo de Godoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Quadros came out of the goal and Carlos Eduardo de Godoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Mangueira in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iuri Dante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Samuel Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Praseras EC's Samuel Mangueira got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Dante having to interfere. In the 35th minute Samuel Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Praseras EC's Abel Berger in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pinta's goalie prevented a goal. Matheus Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Veloso in the 42nd minute of the match. If André de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gil de Souza made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Samuel Mangueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinta's Iuri Dante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Samuel Mangueira came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Praseras EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Mangueira couldn't finish the play. Iuri Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Mangueira in the 56th minute of play. Samuel Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pinta's Iuri Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André de Souza in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Samuel Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pinta's Iuri Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Mangueira in the 68th minute of play. When Breno Veloso fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinta's protests and gave Breno Veloso a yellow card for diving instead. Samuel Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Dante having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Mangueira in the 75th minute of play forced Pinta's goalkeeper Iuri Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Dante having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Mangueira in the 79th minute of play forced Pinta's goalkeeper Iuri Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When André de Souza came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Praseras EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André de Souza couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Samuel Mangueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iuri Dante was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 89th minute Samuel Mangueira suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Iuri Dante went to the wrong direction when Hugo Cardozo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a rather tough play, Praseras EC's Guilherme Bueno got a free kick in the 97th minute. Gilvan Romero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 99th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matheus Quadros. Praseras EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
