In the 6th minute, Álvaro Travassos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tiago Diniz. The goal made the score 1-0. Geovânio Cardozo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Álvaro Travassos in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiago Diniz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 14 minutes, Álvaro Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arizona Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Álvaro Travassos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiago Diniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ademir Breckenfeld in the 15th minute. Rômulo Magalhães lost his temper 19 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carcamano FC! Humberto Dolcet placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 31st minute, Álvaro Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Diniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Álvaro Travassoss short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Tiago Diniz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Álvaro Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Arizona Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Álvaro Travassos couldn't finish the play. Luís Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Diniz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carcamano FC's zone, Álvaro Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Diniz came out of the goal and Álvaro Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiago Diniz made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ademir Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. Álvaro Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luís Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Tiago Diniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arizona Futebol Clube.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Álvaro Travassos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Carcamano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruce Banner came free, but Tiago Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luo Bin Yong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademir Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tiago Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carcamano FC's Tiago Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Travassos in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute Manolo Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Travassos in the 70th minute of play. Tiago Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Álvaro Travassos's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute Álvaro Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Bruce Banner in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Carcamano FC's Joaquim Almeida. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Pereira in the 88th minute of play forced Carcamano FC's goalkeeper Tiago Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes of play, Arizona Futebol Clube's Álvaro Travassos made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiago Diniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arizona Futebol Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
