Fellipe Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After recieving a nice pass, Ibitira FC's Victor Varela tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Brava getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dinei Galvão hit a great ball. After 20 minutes of play, Ibitira FC's Felipe de Amaral made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Luís Braga was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Dinei Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brava's André Luís Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Brava from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the game, Felipe de Amaral recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Luís Braga. Felipe de Amaral showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. When Felipe de Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ibitira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe de Amaral couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aírton Massa to strike the kick off in the second half. André Luís Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe de Amaral in the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Aírton Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brava's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aírton Massa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Amílton Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luís Braga was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Juninho Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aírton Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71stth minute of the game Amílton Quintal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brava's André Luís Braga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe de Amaral during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felipe de Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Aírton Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
