An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráusio Bastos in the 40th minute of play forced All Star's goalkeeper Olívio Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armandinho Lopes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tibiros AD's Dráusio Bastos got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tibiros AD's João Adolfo Rodrigues suffered a concussion after 55 minutes and had to leave the field. 55 minutes into the game, Edson Salles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. All Star's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tibiros AD the free kick. All Star's Olívio Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráusio Bastos in the 57th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Mateus Donato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the All Star and the Tibiros AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Joélson Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tibiros AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of All Star booed when Tibiros AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joélson Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in All Star's zone, Sandrinho Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olívio Brito came out of the goal and Sandrinho Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olívio Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráusio Bastos in the 93rd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tibiros AD had played much better football throughout.
