Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) OI MZ's Urtsua Vaquero started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Urtsua Vaquero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frank Tasso struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Anselmo Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OI MZ. AlGheex's Anselmo Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtsua Vaquero in the 8th minute of play. Anselmo Arce was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Urtsua Vaquero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Urtsua Vaquero really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 20 minutes into the game, Bernardo Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OI MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AlGheex the free kick. In the 19th minute, one of OI MZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for OI MZ. Nazar Filonenko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rony Pirani went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Urtsua Vaquero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes AlGheex got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Arósio. Douglas de Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Stellan Artois managed to get in a good position for a shot. OI MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Stellan Artois was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Arce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Urtsua Vaquero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Arce was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Urtsua Vaquero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anselmo Arce. The goal made the score 3-1. Anselmo Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtsua Vaquero in the 41st minute of play. Oswaldo Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urtsua Vaquero in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Arce saved AlGheex from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Paulo Sarmento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Urtsua Vaquero took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Arce. Anselmo Arce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. When Cesinha Linares fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OI MZ's protests and gave Cesinha Linares a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, OI MZ's Cesinha Linares got a free kick in the 57th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Nazar Filonenko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 70thth minute of the game Urtsua Vaquero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AlGheex's Anselmo Arce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oswaldo Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Anselmo Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urtsua Vaquero, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. AlGheex's Anselmo Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Moreno in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urtsua Vaquero in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Arce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rony Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Oswaldo Ribeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urtsua Vaquero in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Arce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. OI MZ fully deserved thier win.
