Spectators: 6760 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Uriel Weather got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Telmo Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Euclides FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luiz Macedo came free, but Alexandre da Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Márcio Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 played minutes, Euclides FC's Mateus Sousa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jarbas Breckenfeld came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Euclides FC reached it. Jarbas Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilson Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Profut United's zone, Gilson Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarbas Breckenfeld came out of the goal and Gilson Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarbas Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doriva Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gilson Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilson Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Doriva Peres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarbas Breckenfeld was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Uriel Weather ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandre da Silva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jarbas Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilson Barbosa in the 40th minute of play. Gilson Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jarbas Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Euclides FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gilson Barbosa made the kick off in the second half. Profut United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Gilson Barbosa scored to the left of an out of position Jarbas Breckenfeld, making the score, 1-1. Doriva Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jarbas Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Profut United's Uriel Weather got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sílvio Luiz Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Uriel Weather had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Gilson Barbosa rounded Profut United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Sílvio Luiz Macedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre da Silva having to make a save. Doriva Peres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Jarbas Breckenfeld made a huge save. Jarbas Breckenfeld made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doriva Peres in the 90th minute. Alexandre da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Macedo in the 92nd minute of play. Doriva Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarbas Breckenfeld having to interfere. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Profut United's goalkeeper Jarbas Breckenfeld, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Euclides FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
