In the 10th match minute, A.C GALATASSARAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir Moraes to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes A.C GALATASSARAY got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Paiva. Norberto Lago made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Manfredo Schmidt sent off a good shot on target. Manfredo Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Norberto Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Manfredo Schmidt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manfredo Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Edvaldo Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the game, Róbson Alcântara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Norberto Lago. Róbson Alcântara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The goalkeeper, Norberto Lago, was totally fooled by Chega Junto Futebol's Sílvio Luiz Amorim, who 36 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 41 minutes into the match, A.C GALATASSARAY's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Alcântara came free, but Norberto Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, A.C GALATASSARAY's goalkeeper Norberto Lago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manfredo Schmidt. The supporters of Chega Junto Futebol booed when A.C GALATASSARAY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Róbson Alcântara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Róbson Alcântara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chega Junto Futebol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Chega Junto Futebol's Dé Coutinho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in A.C GALATASSARAY's zone, Charles Camargo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Lago came out of the goal and Charles Camargo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 minutes of play, Chega Junto Futebol's Róbson Alcântara made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norberto Lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! Norberto Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Manfredo Schmidt made a precise shot to the right of Norberto Lago. A.C GALATASSARAY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Róbson Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the game, Dé Coutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chega Junto Futebol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C GALATASSARAY the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chega Junto Futebol's Dé Coutinho got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Schmidt in the 83rd minute of play forced A.C GALATASSARAY's goalkeeper Norberto Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Dorival da Silva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edvaldo Correia, 5-1. Manfredo Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Norberto Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Chega Junto Futebol players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
