In the 6th minute, one of Corinthians Spor Kulubu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Corinthians Spor Kulubu. Cido de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Emerson Vander put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cido de Azevedo. If Ezequiel Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Corinthians Spor Kulubu's Luiz Fabiano de Sousa got a free kick in the 27th minute. The Luzia fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Luzia's Emerson Vander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Clemente Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians Spor Kulubu's protests and gave Clemente Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. Clemente Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Corinthians Spor Kulubu's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Schmidt came free, but Cido de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Emerson Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luzia's supporters rose to their feet, but Emerson Vander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cido de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emerson Vander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Cido de Azevedo made a huge save. Luzia's Dida Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Corinthians Spor Kulubu's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emerson Vander fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Luiz Fabiano de Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians Spor Kulubu's protests and gave Luiz Fabiano de Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Luiz Fabiano de Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes in the game, Rodrigo Veloso fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cido de Azevedo having to interfere. The supporters of Corinthians Spor Kulubu booed when Luzia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emerson Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emerson Vander received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cido de Azevedo came out and tried to block the shot, but Emerson Vander slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 93rd minute. Luzia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
